At FOUNT®, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unused, full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
